These sessions are a powerful way to build community, connection, and encourage self-development for your employees, colleagues, wedding parties, families, or for a group of friends. I am passionate about cultivating a supportive and expansive container for your group that will enhance the well-being of all.

I have a few different options for you to choose from:

Private Group Classes & Retreats

  • Yoga

    This class can be 1-2 hrs. with a combination of various yoga techniques to help your group learn how to reduce stress and regulate their nervous systems. Most often we use gentle stretching, instruction on proper breathing, and guidance on how to calm the mind by directing it into the present. These classes conclude with a deep rest in yoga nidra.

    Investment is $250-$350+ depending on the size of the group and the length of the class. Special rates are available for non-profit groups or others with limited funds.

  • Somatic Breath Work

    Somatic Breathwork is a transformative practice that holds the key to helping you unlock tension, emotions, and trauma that is often stuck in the physical body. It is a potent way to help with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, connect to your intuition, and experience an altered state of consciousness.

    Each session is two hours long. It will begin with intention setting and grounding, followed by lying down in a comfortable supported position where we will practice active breathing for 30-45 min. Our class will end with relaxation, integration, and reflection.

    Investment is $50/person with a minimum of six people.

    *This class is not recommended for individuals that have high blood pressure (that is not treated with medication), diagnosis of bipolar, schizophrenia, or epilepsy. Consult with your doctor if you have a heart condition.

  • Retreats

    This is the deeper dive, an opportunity to enrich your group with a one day or multiple day experience.

    Here is a menu of options that can be included:

    Yoga, breath work, meditation techniques, sound healing, healthy lifestyle coaching, kitchen classes, sup yoga, silent hike, mindset work, nervous system training, energy healing, visualization, manifestation, and igniting your desire/creativity.
