Villa Ananda is a sacred place that was created as a healing sanctuary for people to drop deeper into the infinite wisdom within. This retreat center has been curated with the utmost care and attention so that you can relax, delight in the elegance of this place, and nurture your body, mind, and soul. It includes a full Ayurvedic spa, a meditation hut, beautiful pool, outdoor yoga studio, and ample space for quiet reflection. You will leave with an expanded heart and deeper connection to your own vitality.

This retreat is an opportunity to come together as women embodied in our feminine nature to soften and open our hearts to all that is possible when you love the unique and authentic expression of who you are.
We will work with the ancient wisdom of the yoga tradition to direct our energy using movement, breath work, and meditation as a path to self-realization. We will also be supported by the Ayurveda teaching of living in a rhythm with the natural cycles of the Universe. Both of these ancient practices will help you re-align with your natural state of ease, and remind you of the radiance that exists when your body, mind and spirit find coherence.
The week will begin with a Cacao Ceremony to create a beautiful, safe, and creative container for this retreat to help you relax, and connect with the essence of who you are. Each day will continue to build on the previous day as you drop deeper into your own pleasure of being in your body. We will explore the koshas or layers of being as well as the chakras (energy centers) to guide a deeper understanding of the nature of who you are.

Your Stay Includes:
Lodging
All suites/rooms are double occupancy with a private bath attached. Each room has two queen/full size beds. Two persons per room. Unless you book a private room at the private rate.
Yoga
Guided yoga, breath, and meditation classes in the morning and afternoon each day. Classes will be guided by Jenelle and taught outside overlooking the ocean.All yoga props are provided.
Food
Fresh and delicious Ayurvedic inspired meals prepared for you three times a day (except on travel days). The chef creates mostly vegetarian meals with chicken and seafood options. Allergies can be accommodated.
Spa
A complimentary one hour healing massage (you are welcome to book more at an additional cost)
Ceremony
Traditional Mayan Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful way to celebrate the sweetness of life. Through this ceremony we honor the sacred feminine.
Relax
Plenty of time to rest and enjoy the ocean side pool or all of the beautiful spaces within this property.

Surfing, paddleboarding, whale watching, or a day trip to Sayulita

Attendees Are Responsible For:
Airfare: Please purchase a ticket to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR). There are plenty of airlines that fly there arriving on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 and departing on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025.

Room Upgrade
All of the rooms are beautiful at Ananda, however there are a few that are exceptional with an ocean view and outdoor bathroom. The extra fee of $200/person is in order to request to be placed in one of these rooms. I will remove the upgrade option when the spaces are filled.

Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations once purchased. I am happy to try to sell your spot to someone and give you their money. If you cancel and no one buys your spot, you will still be responsible to pay for that spot.
In the event of cancellation for circumstances beyond the Retreat Host and/or as a result of acts of God such as, but not limited to hurricanes, death in the family, medical emergency, you will be refunded everything that I am able to dependent on the retreat center. Thanks for your understanding.
