In this course, we learn about and implement ten essential habits that will provide the foundation for the body and the mind to naturally return to balance. This is not another 30 day quick fix protocol or fad diet. This is a ten month course that will shift your perspective and up-level what you believe is possible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Lifestyle Medicine reminds you that what you do on a daily basis creates the foundation for how you feel in your life and also for who you are. When you practice healthy eating and sleeping patterns, as well as consistent movement, breath, and meditation practices, you start to rewire your nervous system to a state of steadiness and ease. As you feel more relaxed, your perspective on your life starts to expand, and you begin to believe that bigger dreams are possible for you.

Nourishment.
In this course, you will learn to eat intuitively and listen to the wisdom of your body as you practice eating in rhythm (2-3 meals a day without snacking). Feel how this supports better digestion and greater vitality.

Movement.
You will also integrate a daily practice to activate your energy with movement and breath work. Experience how this reduces stress, focuses your mind, and balances your nervous system

Stillness.
Rest is another area that we will focus on in this course. You will prioritize time for stillness with a daily meditation practice as well as creating calming rituals before bed and throughout your day. Learn how to activate proper sleep rhythms with a regular routine and daily sunlight.
