Here’s my story with Ayurveda.......
Ayurveda entered my life when I was struggling with gut/skin issues and was resistent to doing another strict elimination diet or taking a bunch of supplements.
I felt that finding ease in my body, and my mind didn’t need to be so extreme. Ayurveda taught me that I needed to eat my biggest meal in the middle of the day, stop snacking, and stop eating a few hours before bed. These good food routines completely healed my digestive system. No more bloating, hives, or food sensitivities!!

The focus of the Fall cleanse is all things warm, spiced, and supportive to our immunity. We’ll incorporate apples as a prebiotic to help build a healthy gut microbiome, root veggies like beets to cleanse the liver, and a nutritionally complete and easy to digest Ayurvedic cleansing stew called “kitchari”. Plus delicious soups, cooked veggies, juices and smoothies. You’re going to love it!
We can also easily adjust to support your specific dietary needs as well. I'll help you work it out.

I recommend focusing on doing this reset for you. Some of the recipes you can make for the whole family and others they will not be so fond of. Keep it simple for you and maybe do some of the usual meals for your crew.

You have an opportunity to CUSTOMIZE your cleanse according to what you need, and how much time you’ve got. For example, you might be an early retiree, living in that beach community with 11 hours a day to sit in meditation and move slowly and live on bone broth and oxygen for a week.

Ayurveda teaches that spring and fall are optimal times for cleansing. This helps you to clean up your diet, your habits, and allow your body to clear out the excess gunk that is making you feel tired and grumpy. I will offer this reset in Nov. and April. That’s two opportunities to deeply support our digestion, sleep rhythms, nervous system.
