I am a health + spirit + life coach, a yoga & meditation teacher, as well as a mother of three.
I have been interested in wellness my whole life. I am drawn to the feeling of flow and ease in my body and mind. I danced and played sports as a kid, became a runner in my teens, and found yoga in my early twenties. Yoga awakened in me a sense of contentment and wholeness that I had been searching for. It felt like coming home to myself and to this day, I continue to cherish my morning practice.
I also love to teach. I have taught elementary school, art, swimming, Nordic skiing, stand up paddling, yoga for almost 20 years, and now teaching others how to naturally take care of their health & well-being. I am passionate about witnessing others transform their lives.
I have been attracted to personal development and natural health since I was a teenager. I love to feel light, free, clear, and radiant in my body, mind, and soul. When I was drawn to yoga in my early twenties, I became curious about the spiritual aspects. I started to expand my awareness and understand that I was more than my thoughts, that I could activate the intelligence within my whole body and become the witness to all.
Fast forward fifteen years to 2017, when I am homeschooling my three children and feel completely depleted. At the time I was staying up too late, sleeping in, skipping lunch, and not taking care of my basic needs. I knew something needed to change as I was getting physical ailments that manifested as digestive and skin issues.
Enter Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga that teaches us how to live in harmony with nature and align with our natural state of ease. As I started implementing the ten habits that Ayurveda teaches, my digestion improved, my skin cleared, my energy increased, and I finally started prioritizing my own self-care. This allowed me to give more to my family, my work, and my own creative pursuits. I now believe that my daily self-care practices are the foundation for everything else.
I believe that healing begins when we start taking responsibility for our health by prioritizing our daily self-care. I am passionate about helping people remember how to do this and witnessing the radiance that happens when they come home to themselves.
I am honored to do this work. I look forward to learning more about you and how I can support your wellness.
My intention is to help us remember that our bodies are meant to feel healthy, our minds clear, and from that clarity, support us as we connect to our essence and live our purpose. I’d love to connect with you and learn about your life goals and challenges.

Jenelle establishes strong connections with her students. She teaches class and then you want to hang out with her afterwards because you feel like she gets you. She offers challenging and inspiring classes. She uses her intuition to direct what the class is needing at the moment. She combines the spiritual & physical aspects of yoga like no one I have ever studied with.
