Spring One Day Retreat & One Week Reset
Sunday, April 16, 2023 from 9 AM-5 PM
Are you feeling the residue from Winter: Heavy, dull, sedentary, or caught in some comforting patterns of eating more than is necessary, or just "treating yourself" with food or alcohol?
Join me for a full day to dial in healthier habits to kick off seven days of guided support as you clean up your diet, practice daily movement and meditation, prioritize sleep, drink water, create boundaries with your screens, and clear out the extra gunk that is no longer serving you.
We will meet at a Vitam, a private studio in northwest Boise for this Spring Reset Retreat Day. After the retreat day, you will be given a packet with additional guidance to keep you on track with food, movement, and other support as you continue to reset your energy.
I will be joining forces with Jennifer Whitney, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and GAPS practitioner to offer you this special retreat. Let us guide you with:
Yoga-asanas and kriyas to clear out stagnant energy
Guided breath work to activate agni or the digestive fire & also to calm the nervous system
Meditation to quiet the mind
Gentle practices to facilitate your body’s ability to naturally detoxify
Share a local, organic, homemade meal together
Hands on guidance on how to make cleansing soups, teas, and other foods suitable for spring
Silent nature walk with time for journal reflection
Daily oil massage & dry brushing to encourage detoxification through the lymphatic system
Yoga Nidra or Yoga sleep for rejuvenating rest

Cleansing Foods
During this retreat, you will learn how to make your own healing shake that is excellent to support healthy function of the gall bladder and the liver. We will also enjoy nourishing soups and learn why soups are essential for healing your gut.

Kriya Yoga
We will do activating yoga practices to build heat and use that intensity to purify the body. Kriyas are repetitive movements that are meant to activate our energy in a specific way. We will spend time focusing on the belly to improve digestion, assimilation, and elimination.

Lymph Support
Moving Lymphatic fluid throughout your body is an important part of detoxification. Lymph identifies, filters out, and reacts to foreign substances in your body by creating antibodies. We will learn about and practice specific tools to encourage this process.
