During this retreat, you will learn how to make your own healing bone broth that is essential for improving gut health and supporting a vibrant immune system throughout the cold weather.

Yoga & Rest
We will do grounding yoga practices to stabilize our energy and use breath techniques to nourish all systems of the body to prepare us for guided relaxation.

Self Massage
Learn the ancient practice of Abhyangha or oil massage to nourish your skin with clean, natural oils. This massage moves the lymphatic fluid which helps the body to detoxify. It is also deeply relaxing and rejuvenating for your whole being.
