When you practice healthy eating and sleeping patterns, as well as consistent movement, breath, and meditation practices, you start to rewire your nervous system to a state of steadiness and ease. As you feel more relaxed, your perspective on your life starts to expand, and you begin to believe that bigger dreams are possible for you.
