Villa Ananda is an Ayurvedic healing center that focuses on rejuvenating the body and soul. Everyone that comes to Villa Ananda will experience the special, sacred nature of this place. The goal of Villa Ananda is to teach the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, along with a variety of different healing modalities, to help people achieve radiant health and wake up feeling good everyday!

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, teaches us how to live. While yoga will guide you inward to know your essence.
This retreat will combine the benefits of yoga which uses movement, breath work, and meditation as a path to self-realization, as well as the wisdom of Ayurveda to practice living in a rhythm with the natural cycles of the Universe. Both of these ancient practices will help you re-align with your natural state of ease, and remind you of the radiance that exists when your body, mind and spirit find coherence.
Villa Ananda is a sacred place that was created as a healing sanctuary for people to drop deeper into the infinite wisdom within. It includes a full Ayurvedic spa, a meditation hut, beautiful pool, outdoor yoga studio, and ample space for quiet reflection.

Wake up with the sun and the birds.
Enjoy warm lemon water or a warm beverage

Schedule a massage, relax by the pool or head to the beach

Freetime or on one or two days we can go whale watching or into Sayulita

Afternoon restorative yoga, breathwork, and yoga nidra.

Your Stay Includes:
Lodging
All suites/rooms are double occupancy with a private bath attached. Each room has two queen/full size beds. Two persons per room. Unless you book a private room at the private rate.
Yoga
Guided yoga, breath, and meditation classes in the morning and afternoon each day. Classes will be guided by Jenelle and taught outside overlooking the ocean.All yoga props are provided.
Food
Fresh and delicious Ayurvedic inspired meals prepared for you three times a day (except on travel days). The chef creates mostly vegetarian meals with chicken and seafood options. Allergies can be accommodated.
Spa
A complimentary one hour healing massage (you are welcome to book more at an additional cost)
Ceremony
Traditional Mayan Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful way to celebrate the sweetness of life. Through this ceremony we honor the sacred feminine.
Relax
Plenty of time to rest and enjoy the ocean side pool or all of the beautiful spaces within this property.

Surfing, paddleboarding, whale watching, or a day trip to Sayulita

Attendees Are Responsible For:
Airfare: Please purchase a ticket to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR). There are plenty of airlines that fly there arriving on Feb. 3, 2024 and departing on Feb. 9, 2024.

Gratuity: Please bring US dollars or Paypal to tip staff at the end of retreat
Alcohol: This will be an alcohol free week of healing and restoration

Room Upgrade
All of the rooms are beautiful at Ananda, however there are a few that are exceptional with an ocean view and outdoor bathroom. The extra fee of $200/person is in order to request to be placed in one of these rooms. I will remove the upgrade option when the spaces are filled.

Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations once purchased. I am happy to try to sell your spot to someone and give you their money. If you cancel and no one buys your spot, you will still be responsible to pay for that spot.
In the event of cancellation for circumstances beyond the Retreat Host and/or as a result of acts of God such as, but not limited to hurricanes, death in the family, medical emergency, you will be refunded everything that I am able to dependent on the retreat center. Thanks for your understanding.
