Join me for a special collaboration with Katie Carpenter, a Strength and Conditioning Expert, for a transformative journey where you will explore the dynamic interplay between effort and ease in your body and mind.

Katie will start the class by explaining the profound significance of strength and the art of embracing discomfort as a pathway to growth. She will guide you through a dynamic 45-minute bodyweight workout, designed to ignite your physical potency and resilience. Get ready to sweat, push boundaries, and discover your power within.

Jenelle will then lead you into the realm of softness and surrender. Through gentle stretches, mindful movement, and soothing breath work, she will help you tune into your body's cues, honor your need for stillness, and find deep relaxation within.

*Every participant will be given three strength building workouts and three essential breath work practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
