When you practice healthy eating and sleeping patterns, as well as consistent movement, breath, and meditation practices, you start to rewire your nervous system to a state of steadiness and ease. As you feel more relaxed, your perspective on your life starts to expand, and you begin to believe that bigger dreams are possible for you.

About my coaching course. 

In this course, we learn about and implement ten essential habits that will provide the foundation for the body and the mind to naturally return to balance. This is not another 30 day quick fix protocol or fad diet.  This is a year long course that will shift your perspective and up-level what you believe is possible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Many of my clients have lost weight, come off of medication, stopped drinking, lowered their blood pressure, healed their digestion, improved their sleep, calmed their anxiety, reduced inflammation, and overall have gained greater awareness of their natural ability to heal and feel amazing.

Accountability. We meet every week as a group for a virtual meeting where we discuss each habit as well as learn about behavior science, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and other tools to support your growth. Included in this course:

  • One hour weekly group meeting online
  • Weekly live yoga class online
  • Private one to one coaching
  • Access to online classroom full of weekly lessons, recorded meditations, yoga classes, cooking videos, articles, and other content to support you.
  • Access to private FB group where we share recipes, inspiration, accountability, and all things related to this work.
  • A weekly email with an overview of what we are focusing on for the week.
  • Support from a group of people who are also working on evolving their habits.
