McCall Yoga Retreat at Shore Lodge



During this three-day retreat, Jenelle Carberry will lead students on a rejuvenating journey to unplug using her vast experience as a yoga instructor.
The mornings will begin with meditation followed by energizing and cleansing sequences. Restorative classes will fill the evening schedule. In between, the retreat will include paddle sessions on beautiful Payette Lake, hikes in the surrounding mountains or incredible spa treatments and other amenities offered by Shore Lodge.

Students will leave the retreat feeling centered, given tools during the three-day retreat to deal with the stress they encounter in their daily lives, away from this blissful setting.

Schedule

Arrival: Friday, September 8

3:00-4:00 p.m. — Check in

4:30-6:00 p.m. — Opening Intro Circle and First Yoga Class in the Mill Room

7:00 p.m. — Dinner

Paddling is a fantastic way to see Payette Lake in September.

Saturday, September 9

7:00 a.m. — Coffee and Tea

8:30-10:30 a.m. — Meditation and Yoga in the Mill Room

11:00 a.m. — Brunch

Noon-4:00 p.m. — Free time: Group paddling or treat yourself at the luxurious Shore Lodge Day Spa

4:30-6:00 p.m. — Yoga class in the Mill Room

7:00 p.m. — Dinner

Sunday, September 10

7:00 a.m. — Coffee and Tea

8:30-10:30 a.m. — Meditation and Yoga in the Mill Room
