During this three-day retreat, Jenelle Carberry will lead students on a rejuvenating journey to unplug using her vast experience as a yoga instructor. The mornings will begin with meditation followed by energizing and cleansing sequences. Restorative classes will fill the evening schedule. In between, the retreat will include paddle sessions on beautiful Payette Lake, hikes in the surrounding mountains or incredible spa treatments and other amenities offered by Shore Lodge.
Students will leave the retreat feeling centered, given tools during the three-day retreat to deal with the stress they encounter in their daily lives, away from this blissful setting.
